Montessori Elementary Teacher. Duties: Teach Mandarin Chinese calligraphy; prepare and maintain classrooms accordance with Assoc. Montessori Int. (AMI) standards; prepare, present, teach, record, & grade lessons; enforce school policies; build & maintain relationships of trust with staff, students, and parents; & serve as an athletic coach. Requires M.S. in Edu. or related field & 2 yrs. exp. in Montessori schools. Will accept B.S. (or foreign equiv.) & 5 yrs. of prog. exp. in lieu of M.S. & 2 yrs. exp. Must also possess an AMI certificate in elementary edu., & must be proficient in Mandarin Chinese calligraphy. 40 hrs./wk.; 8:00am to 5:00pm.
